Wake the Talk UP! 6 Week Intensive Workshop combines experiential learning, concept transmission, guided integration:

• Access to session recordings
• Audio of presencing exercises
• In-session workbook
• Journaling prompts and in-home assignments

Cohort #1: LIVE sessions  6 consecutive Saturdays, 10:00am - 12:00pm PST on Zoom covering:

• September 18th – Waking Up to Our Internal Experience
• September 25th – Waking Up Our Discernment
• October 2nd – 50 Shades of Waking Up
• October 9th – Waking Up to Each Other
• October 16th – Waking up to Ourselves
• October 23rd – Awakening our Asking

Cohort #2: LIVE sessions  6 consecutive Wednesdays (except week of Thanksgiving), 5:30pm-7:30pm PST on Zoom covering:

• October 27th – Waking Up to Our Internal Experience
• November 3rd – Waking Up Our Discernment
• November 10th – 50 Shades of Waking Up
• November 17th – Waking Up to Each Other
• December 1st – Waking up to Ourselves
• December 8th– Awakening our Asking

This immersive, intimate, and customized consciousness & communication workshop includes:

Dynamic in-session learning:

• Customized content for the needs of each cohort
• Proprietary tools and practices
• 1:1 hot seat coaching
• Internal Family Systems (“IFS”) guided sessions
• Interactive learning and exercises

Inter-session assimilation guidance, including:

• Journaling prompts
• Integration prompts to share with the Wake the Talk UP! community
